Appointment & Cancellation Policy

We value your time and ask that you value ours as well. Appointment times are reserved specifically for you.

• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee equal to 25% of the reserved service total.

• No-show appointments will be charged 50% of the reserved service total and will require a deposit before booking future appointments.

• Appointment reminders are provided as a courtesy. Clients are responsible for keeping track of their scheduled appointments.

• Emergency situations will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits

Certain services may require a deposit at the time of booking.

• Deposits are applied toward your service total.

• Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future appointment if the appointment is rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice.

Refund Policy

All services provided by Joie Hair Co. are non-refundable.

Because hair services are customized and results can vary based on hair history, condition, maintenance, and at-home care, we do not offer refunds on services rendered.

Our goal is for every client to leave feeling confident and beautiful. If you are unhappy with your results, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can discuss possible adjustments. Concerns reported after 7 days will be considered a new service and will be charged accordingly.

Hair History & Service Expectations

To provide the safest and most accurate service possible, clients are responsible for disclosing all relevant hair history, including but not limited to:

• Previous color services

• At-home color applications

• Chemical treatments

• Extensions

• Medical conditions or medications that may affect hair services

Failure to disclose accurate hair history may affect results and could limit the services we are able to perform

Children & Guests

To maintain a relaxing environment and ensure safety around professional tools and chemicals, we kindly ask that only scheduled clients attend appointments unless prior arrangements have been made.
